Ms. Kim Shannon
Fourth Grade Homeroom

With nearly 20 years of classroom experience, Mrs. Shannon comes to St. Joseph School from Our Lady of Grace in Parkton where she taught second through fourth grades. During her teaching career, she also has worked in the Baltimore County Public School system. With a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University, Mrs. Shannon also has earned an Advanced Professional Certificate from the State of Maryland. She is a native Baltimorean.

Teaches:  4th grade Homeroom and Intermediate Faculty

Other teaching experience: Taught third and fourth grades at Our Lady of Grace in Parkton, Keystone Kids Early Learning Center in Shrewsbury, PA, Baltimore County Public Schools Villa Cresta Elementary and Franklin Square Elementary

Degrees: Master of Education and Bachelor of Science from Towson University

What I Like Most about Teaching:  I love being able to share my passion for learning and teaching with my students. Each child has his or her own gifts and God-given talents and I enjoy getting to know what they are for each of my students.
