Fifteen SJS Students inducted into National Junior Honor Society

One of the nation's oldest and most prestigious organizations for middle school students, the National Junior Honor Society welcomed fifteen SJS students as new members in an induction ceremony held at the school last Thursday. Members were selected by the chapter's faculty council for meeting high standards of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.

The new NJS students included ten 7th graders: Natalie F., Quinn F., Grace F., Rowan H., Natalie H., Caleb M., Alexander N., Bridget R., Luke S., Caroline W.; and five 6th graders: Charlie C., Aggie K., Emma S., Fiona S., Elizabeth S. We are extremely proud to  recognize these outstanding members of our student body. Mrs. Beth Kistler is the National Junior Honor Society Advisor.
